Join us on Sunday, November 17th for the annual senior yard clean up! Each year we meet to help clean, sweep, and winterize yards to help elderly members of the community. This important volunteer effort helps reduce the risk of falls by cleaning leaves, reduces physical labor, and helps empower vulnerable members of Parma who deserve to keep living in their homes with a little help from us! And, of course, we’ll all go out for food and drinks afterward.
Meet on the 17th at 10 a.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Park to make this important impact on your community today, and follow it up with some good ‘ol fashioned togetherness! It is one of the most important things we do each year — and we’d love to have you be a part of that effort.
We will provide leaf and trash bags. Please bring rakes and gloves. Additional helpful items include tarps, large shovels, brooms, leaf blowers, and other gardening tools!
