The Balancing Flamingo Yoga Lounge-Little Birdie Wine Nest
As if the local wine store wasn’t cute enough, it recently remodeled and added a yoga space. Classes can be bought in packages or individually, with the added benefit of enjoying coffee or a cocktail with friends after class.

The former Bally’s gym offers classes every day of the week including spinning, water aerobics, yoga, step, Zumba and more. The gym also features an indoor track, personal trainers, a kids club, hot tub, sauna and pool.

Located in Midtown Plaza, Fitness 19 offers classes like plyos, kickboxing, boot camp and more.

This gym in The Shoppes at Parma offers classes seven days a week, from barre to Zumba, core work and more. This Parma location also offers a cardio theater room to watch movies on a 15-ft screen while you get your sweat on.

Soza Fitness & Wellness
In addition to standard workout equipment and classes, Soza likes to mix it up occasionally with some creative workouts including a kangaroo jump class with springy boots, puppies and Pilates and even kitty or baby goat yoga.

From figure skating and tennis lessons to adult softball, volleyball and basketball teams, the Parma Recreation Department provides plenty of opportunities to get active and have fun with fellow residents.
