Just as the name implies, this gym is always open. In addition, it offers a kids club, nutritional guidance, and small group and one-on-one training to make you feel like family.

As advertised, Planet Fitness is all about creating a judgement-free zone. A membership at this 24/7 gym includes use of all its 1,400 locations, the ability to bring a guest, use of hydromassage and tanning beds, small group classes and more.

The Workout Factory offers personal trainers and rugged performance strength training equipment 24/7, 365.

If you crave company for workout motivation, these gyms with group classes may be just the thing.
The Balancing Flamingo Yoga Lounge-Little Birdie Wine Nest
As if the local wine store wasn’t cute enough, it recently remodeled and added a yoga space. Classes can be bought in packages or individually, with the added benefit of enjoying coffee or a cocktail with friends after class.

The former Bally’s gym offers classes every day of the week including spinning, water aerobics, yoga, step, Zumba and more. The gym also features an indoor track, personal trainers, a kids club, hot tub, sauna and pool.

Located in Midtown Plaza, Fitness 19 offers classes like plyos, kickboxing, boot camp and more.
1848 Snow Rd.
This gym in The Shoppes at Parma offers classes seven days a week, from barre to Zumba, core work and more. This Parma location also offers a cardio theater room to watch movies on a 15-ft screen while you get your sweat on.

Jazzercise is a cardio workout that infuses weight lifting, hip hop, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, and cardio movements into a single workout, characterized by its upbeat music and its unique moves. While Parma doesn’t have a rec center, residents do get special pricing at Seven Hills’. The facility offers classes, a pool, indoor track, basketball court and more.

The Camp Transformation Center is all about a life-changing transformation. It’s known for its six-week weight loss challenge, group boot camp classes and personal training.

HiiTtoFiT is a private weight loss and training center focused on individual needs. The facility is medically staffed with 30 years of experience and is the only local facility that does nutrition and meal planning for free. They offer a wide variety of services including cardio dance fusion class, elite hops kangaroo jump boots class, A.M. abs class, individual training, group training, private yoga, boot camps and many other services. They do things smarter not harder and teach you to make exercise part of your life but not your whole life!

Parma Family Martial Arts Center
If treadmills and free weights aren’t your style, maybe try a martial arts fitness class. This facility offers classes for kids, teens and adults.

From figure skating and tennis lessons to adult softball, volleyball and basketball teams, the Parma Recreation Department provides plenty of opportunities to get active and have fun with fellow residents. Or, take advantage of what city parks like James Day Park (Nike) and Veterans Memorial Park (State Road Park), local Cleveland Metroparks like West Creek Reservation and nearby national park Cuyahoga Valley have to offer for free!
